but it doesn't need to be with our help.
For your piece of mind, we completely backup the hard drive before beginning any
work on it. That backup is held for 30 days, just in case we need to retrieve
some old data. Then once your computer is fixed, we back it up again, and
keep that on file for a year. This automated process doesn't cost you a dime
extra!
